Welcome to TNT's Weight Loss Bootcamp Program


 Boot camp works your endurance as well as your strength, that defines FIT.  Resistance training is a key component to shed unwanted fat.  You must build muscle to burn fat.  Our boot camps are designed to make you lose fat and gain lean muscle mass by working the whole body each workout.  You don't know what the next workout will be because it changes each time and keeps your body guessing.  The only thing you will know is that it will be a balanced workout to optimize fat loss. 

Another component is ''mindset'' to transform your body.  Be unstoppable each workout and hit those intensity levels.  And don't forget nutrition.  Feed the body quality foods in appropriate portions and regularly through the day.  We help you with that too.  That is what boot camp is about: high intensity resistance training, mindset and nutrition and you will see the results!  And, it costs a fraction of personal training but you are guided through each exercise unlike being in a gym environment on all those useless machines.  We use a variety of equipment to get your metabolism exploding like:  medicine balls, tubing, speed ladders, dumbbells, battling ropes, body weight, etc.

A non-fitness perk of boot camp:  enjoy meeting new people.  Feed off the energy of everyone else trying to achieve the same goals.  Take on a little friendly competition within yourself and see amazing results.
